Code: 12031 Result: 7

1. This error occur when the antivirus or firewall blocks any connection to our server or your internet explorer is trying to use a proxy.

  • Include Mazey Flyff Patcher.exe and Neuz.exe applications in your firewall and antivirus exception list.

2. Also occurs if your (1) IE browser attempts to use a proxy

  • Go to Control Panel> Click Network and Internet> Open Internet Options> Go to Connections Tab> Click LAN settings button> Uncheck all tick boxes> Click Ok>Then, another Ok button to take effect changes.

3. You have more than one security program installed in your computer (i.e. Antivirus)

  • Keep only one antivirus active, uninstall or disable any other antiviruses.
